Civic work is not a theme I added to a resume.
I have worked on civic participation from several angles: observing how groups make decisions, advocating through student government, researching rural civic infrastructure, and helping advancement professionals turn alumni knowledge into stronger relationships.
That range matters because public-serving organizations rarely need one narrow deliverable. They need someone who can understand the substance, earn trust across roles, and communicate what happens next.
